Retro F1 fitty of the week: James Hunt

Since it has been a while seen I have done a retro F1 fitty post.
I thought I would get back into the swing of things with a F1 fitty from the seventies.
A decade I seemed to haven't covered yet.

Now most ladies do love a bad boy.
We also secretly love a ladies man. (We just don't admit it.)

Now if I mention the seventies, bad boy and ladies man.
Only one name should could to mind.
James Hunt.

James was not only suave and quite beautiful.
He also had a fantastic sense of humour and straight John bull attitude to life and to work
His dry wit made him not only a great driver, but an amazing commentator even after he retired from racing.

One of my favourite piece's of James's honesty has to be this clip.

James was also very laid back. Playing by his own rules, James would turn up to important media events in just jeans and a T-shirt and like to have his own patches sewn onto his race suit.
This was the most infamous one.

Red Bull even replicated it a couple of years ago.

Not only did James have the personality but he also had the looks.
The long blonde hair and dashing blue eyes.
Made him quite the catch back in the day.

But like all the good playboys, James burnt bright and died young.
Which is a travesty.

So to all the retro playboys.
I salute you.

Retro. No Current F1 Fitty of the week. Kimi Raikkonen

So it has been a while since I have done a Fitty of the week post.
Mainly because I have been so busy.
Mainly because I struggled to find a retro fitty of the week.

So in true FFF style.
I decided to go for someone who is back in the F1 news.

Kimi Raikkonen.

Now Kimi may be a man of few words.
Very few words.
Unless those words come out of his mouth at karaoke.

But aside from that.

Kimi is a very pretty boy to look at.
It's definitely the Blonde hair, blue eyes thing.

I literally can not stop myself from looking at his eyes. They are literally intoxicating.
*Swoon*

Plus not only is he pretty damn hot.
He also has tattoo's.

That alone up's the hotness factor for me a notch.

So I'm glad that Kimi is coming back.
Well for comedy value. Yes.
For beautiful-ness...

What do you think? *Swoons*

P.S If you would like to do a guest post for FFF and do a Retro F1 Fitty of the week.
Then email me at squiffany87@gmail.com

And you could have a guest post just like Susie did a few weeks ago.

F1 Fitty of the week.

So with that lets get down to business.
This F1 fitty of the week is Heikki Kovalainen
Now normally when you think of beauty, you don't automatically think of the Finnish.

But with Heikki. Well he may be the exception.

Heikki Kovalainen

There aren't many blonde hair, blue eyed boys in F1. Well apart from Sebastian Vettel.

What makes Heikki so special is that he is probably one of the nicest F1 drivers.
Very friendly to his fans, and always takes time out on twitter to speak to fans.
Not a bad word has ever been said about him.

Now looks are good, but a beautiful personality. That's even better.
And you can't have one without the other.

Plus he plays the drums and has we all know.
Drummers are the most alluring and sexy in bands.
Dave Grohl, Tre Cool and Kitty.
All beautiful, all sexy.

Here's Heikki showing off his drumming skills with Finnish band Nightwish.

Need a nice, polite car driving drummer boy?
You have it in Heikki Kovalainen.

F1 Fitty of the week.

Since he had a bad week last weekend.
I mean a fourth place finish is just tragic considering his recent winning streak. (Please detect the hint of sarcasm in that sentence)
So to cheer him up.

My fitty of the week is Sebastian Vettel.

Now this blonde haired, blue eyed German.
Is just  twenty four years old, so there is still years of beautiful-ness to come.

But Sebastian is not just a cute, pretty face.
Oh no... He is also the youngest Formula One champion ever.
Not only that but he is the youngest Formula One race winner, youngest person to drive a race and youngest pole sitter. I could go on with all of Sebastian's record achievements, but I would be here all day.

So not only is Sebastian young and pretty but he is also fast too.
On Top Gear UK last month Vettel became the fastest Formula One driver in a reasonably priced car, beating the old stig and old timer Rubens Barrichello.

One of the best things about Sebastian though has to be his sense of humour.
The stereotype is that German's don't tend have a sense of humour but after years of watching British comedies like Faulty towers and Little Britain. I think we can say Sebastian knows how to have a laugh or two.
I like to think the British helped with that.

Joking with Alonso.

Joking about blow up dolls.
(My twitter friend took this video. Follow her at PeachyF1 on twitter)

But like most Formula One drivers they do have hidden talents.
Playing the guitar is Sebastian's.

Or maybe not...
Maybe less time winning some races and more time practicing Sebastian. :)

So Sebastian Vettel.
Cute, pretty, funny, fast and talented.
What more would you what out of a F1 Fitty of the week?

F1 Fitty of the week.

Hey all.
Hope you are having a great day.

At the request of my Non- F1 following friends.
My Blog needed a fitty of the week.

Now of course I know that my idea of fit is completely different to somebody else's idea of gorgeous.

So to stop Fitty of the week just being my picks
You can write to me at squiffany87@gmail.com
and send me your picture and your reasons why you should have the fitty of the week.

Requests are always welcome. :)

Now it's late at night as I write this post and this time next week I will be getting ready for my stupidly early start of F1 watching.
Australia may have the one of the best races but it does my sleep pattern no good.
6am starts are a killer. Especially when you have work the next day.
:(:(

But one of the F1 fitties that helps me get up in the morning is the BBC F1 presenter Jake Humphrey.
Yum.
Now I know strictly speaking he isn't F1 totty.
He is presenting totty.

But this Ex CBBC presenter has done a lot to change the image of the F1 coverage.

Come on we used to have to look at this at every F1 race.
For newbies that is the ITV F1 presenter we used to have. *Chills*

So Jake is tall and very attractive but the main beauty of Jake is his passion for F1 and his sense of humour.

Jake blogs and tweets continuously and is very much all about the F1 fans, something that past presenters didn't seem to care about.
(He also tweeted me once, something that I like to tell anyone who will listen.)

He also asks F1 persona's the difficult questions that fans need answers about, whether it is about a scandal or the politics of F1 to the more informal questions about the drivers.
Jake covers it all with the fans in mind.

Plus anyone who can take the piss out Eddie Jordan shirts is always going to be a beauty in my book.

So early morning F1 starts.
With Jake at the helm, it makes it seem a little more worth it.
Roll on next weekend

Any comments?
Just post below the blog page :)
